We collect information you give us when you request a grade, submit a lead form, book a call, contact us or work with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, city, service area and answers about your business.

We may also collect technical information about how you use our site, such as pages visited, referring links, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and campaign attribution data. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through our public forms.

We use information to prepare requested findings, respond to inquiries, schedule calls, create proposals, provide and improve our services, operate our lead system, measure marketing performance, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

If you submit information through a Meta lead ad, WellRun receives the fields you choose to submit and uses them to respond to that request. Meta handles information under its own terms and privacy policy before it reaches us.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, analytics, advertising, email, scheduling and customer-management providers. They may process information only for the work they perform for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with unrelated companies for their own direct marketing.

Our site and advertising partners may use cookies or similar technology to keep the site working, understand visits, measure campaigns and improve advertising. Browser controls can limit cookies. Blocking them may affect some site features or attribution.

We keep information for as long as needed to answer your request, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

WellRun serves businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
